Guideline for use

PDRN (Polydeoxyribonucleotide) injection can be used alone in various ways:

• Injection: Directly administered to inflamed areas caused by gingivitis, periodontitis, or peri-implantitis. It can also be used as an adjunct treatment for procedures like scaling, root planing, subgingival curettage, and periodontal flap surgery. Additionally, it helps reduce pain and shorten recovery time after implant or bone graft surgeries.
• Soaking: When used with bone graft materials, soaking them in PDRN enhances bone regeneration during guided bone regeneration (GBR).
• Oral Spray: Can be applied as a spray for conditions like oral stomatitis.

Indication: Bone material soaking

• Gingivitis,Periodontitis,Peri-implantitis,Maxillary sinusitis
• Can be used for infection prevention during sinus lift surgery.
• For maxillary sinusitis, it is recommended to use short-term antibiotics in combination with painkillers for long-term treatment
• Temporomandibular joint treatment and orthodontics (Black Triangle, poor periodontal condition after orthodontic treatment).
• Symptom improvement: Bleeding on probing (BOP) when measuring periodontal pocket depth, clinical attachment level, and gingival recession improvement.
• Side effects are minimal, but in rare cases, if injected with pressure, swelling and pain may occur for a few days. However, these symptoms usually disappear within a few days. (Patients should be informed in advance.)
